White Elephant Gift Guide

If you’re anything like me, then you love a good white elephant gift exchange

A white elephant is when everyone brings a wrapped, mystery gift to put in a pile. The idea is that everyone ends up getting to keep a random gift brought by someone else so that you don’t have to buy a separate gift for everyone at the party.

I personally am going to at least 2 different white elephant parties this season, and I definitely waited until the last minute to figure out my gifts.

So I created this Gift Guide for fun white elephant gifts for under $25

All of these gifts are Amazon Prime and can get to you ASAP

Personal Take-Along Blender Bottle

I’ve had my eye on similar products, but when I found this one for $25, I was SOLD. It’s cute and can fit into most standard cup holders. Just make sure not to use ice in it, and you’re all set for any smoothie or protein shake that you want

Bendable Memory Foam Travel Pillow

Travel pillows are a must-have even if you aren’t the type to do a lot of traveling. They work as a face cradle for when you want to sleep on your belly, they offer support when sitting in an office chair all day, and since these bend they can be used for pretty much anything you want

T&H Candle

These candles smell amazing and have an 80 hour burn (!!!) Even if there are guys participating, everyone loves the smell of a candle

Funny Drink Coasters

If your gift exchange is with adults, these are a funny gift that will definitely be a crowd pleaser! It comes with 6 coasters and the black holder that are all the size to hold a standard cup

Echo Dot (3rd Gen)

The 3rd gen is on sale for $22!! from the original price of $49. ‘Nuff said.

Essential Oil Diffuser

Not gonna lie, essential oil diffusers have been my go-to gift for the last couple of years because not only do they look cool and smell awesome, they’re a pretty thoughtful gift. Even if someone already has one, chances are that they have more than one room in their house and could use another

Funny Socks

dinosocks

Funny socks work for literally anybody. A $25 spend can get you 2-4 pairs of fun socks for any crowd to love

Throw Blanket

Nobody in their right mind would ever turn down a super soft throw blanket. I’ve seen literal fights start out over who gets to keep the throw blanket in a white elephant exchange. It’s the OP present by far.

Tequila Mockingbird

Tequila Mockingbird: Cocktails with a Literary Twist by [Federle, Tim]

A book seems like an odd gift, but cute and funny books like Tequila Mockingbird are great crowd-pleasers even for people who hate reading

That’s all for now!

Shoot me a message or comment if you have other great additions to this list! Hope you found an awesome gift to bring

  1. I would love to get that personal blender. I live in an apartment complex and I leave for work early and can’t use my blender on weekdays because of it. I’d just take it to go and use it at work! A cute stationary set would be a nice option to add too. Who doesn’t love a good writing pen and notebooks!?

  2. I always get stuck looking for those last gifts (the ones for people who don’t tell me exactly what they want/need). I found this very helpful.

  4. I LOVE THIS IDEA! We do a secret Santa at my school, but this is the next level. Never heard of a white elephant gift exchange before. I’m going to see if anyone wants to do this. Thanks for sharing.
